I specialise in retinal, vitreoretinal and cataract surgery. I provide a full range of general ophthalmic services with a special interest in the management of patients with cataracts, glaucoma and retinal diseases including diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment and macular holes. I have extensive experience and training in ophthalmology which spans from Chennai, India through to Liverpool, UK. I completed this with intensive surgical training in retinal surgery at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Outside of Spire, I am an NHS Consultant at Arrowe Park Hospitals NHS Trust, Wirral and provide general and retinal services for my patients. I have active teaching responsibilities for registrars in training - optometrists and nurses,

I have many publications to my credit and continue to do active research to provide robust evidence based care for all my patients.

I deal with ophthalmology (eyes): retinal disease, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, vitrectomy and retinal detachment repair, cataract surgery and macular hole repair.
