My work involves the treatment of all types of hand surgery, burns, facial and soft tissue injuries, elective hand surgery (hand and thumb arthritis, carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's disease and trigger finger). I also perform breast surgery (including breast enlargement surgery), scars and deformities, skin cancer. My cosmetic surgery treatments include facial, eyelid rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty, body contouring surgery including liposculpture, liposuction, abdominoplasty surgery, thigh and arm lifts and non-surgical treatments.

I qualified in 1983 and trained in general surgery from 1983 to 1989. I commenced training in plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery in 1989. I have been in consultant practice since 1998 and have been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust and Walsall Manor Hospital since 1999. I have received certification from the Intercollegiate Cosmetic Surgery Oversight Committee as a certified cosmetic surgeon having demonstrated to the Royal College of Surgeons that my training, professional skills, clinical skills and knowledge are of a satisfactory standard.
