I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon specialising in cancers affecting the urinary system, as well as a wide range of non-cancerous urological conditions. My areas of expertise include prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular cancer, alongside enlarged prostate (BPH) and urinary symptoms.

I have a particular interest in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, using advanced surgical techniques where appropriate to support recovery and treatment outcomes. I am also one of a small number of surgeons in the north of England who performs HoLEP laser prostate surgery, a treatment used for men with an enlarged prostate.

In addition to cancer care, I treat many general urological conditions including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, blood in the urine, testicular conditions and erectile dysfunction. I offer both surgical and non-surgical treatment options and tailor care to each patient’s individual needs.

I believe in clear communication and making sure patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment. My approach focuses on accurate diagnosis, personalised care and helping patients make confident decisions about their health.
