Professional profile

I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Spire Little Aston and at the Heart of England Foundation Trust and Good Hope Hospital NHS Trust in Sutton Coldfield. Having completed my higher training in orthopaedics within the West Midlands I completed two advanced surgical fellowships; the first in knee surgery (joint replacement and sports injuries) at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, the second in sports surgery at the Sports Medicine Centre, Calgary, Canada.

Apart from general orthopaedics I specialise in sports surgery performing open and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee and ankle as well as joint arthroplasty and cartilage grafting procedures.

I am the honorary club surgeon for Walsall Football Club, BCFC and a number of other sporting teams in the region.

I'm a member of the British Orthopaedic Association, World Orthopaedic Concern and the British Association of Knee Surgery.

Discover the next generation of hip and knee surgery with Mako™. I now offer robotic-arm assisted Mako™ joint replacements at Spire Little Aston. To find out more information, call us on 0121 580 7119 or visit the website.
