I am currently working as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the University hospital of South Manchester (Wythenshawe Hospital). I completed my higher surgical training in Trauma and Orthopaedics on Manchester rotation and then went to Toronto for a fellowship in Lower Limb Arthroplasty for six months, where I gained experience in Uncemented Hip Arthroplasty and Revision Surgery. I then returned to join another fellowship at the University Hospitals of Leicester gaining extensive experience in Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Soft tissue surgery of the Knee, before joining Wythenshawe hospital as a Consultant in September 2007.

I was awarded Travelling Fellowship by The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and John Charnley Trust for Fellowship in Canada.

I have published over 40 papers in different Orthopaedic journals and remain committed to teaching of medical students and training of Orthopaedic trainees. I regularly teach on National and International courses.
