I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in foot and ankle conditions, with experience treating both everyday problems and more complex injuries.
I see patients with a wide range of concerns, including bunions, flat feet, tendon problems and plantar fasciitis, as well as fractures, ligament injuries and other trauma-related conditions. I offer both non-surgical treatments and surgical options where needed, including minimally invasive techniques designed to support recovery and improve outcomes.
My practice also includes reconstructive procedures for foot deformities and joint problems, as well as treatments to improve stability, reduce pain and restore movement. I regularly carry out procedures such as ankle ligament reconstruction, tendon repair and joint fusion when appropriate.
I trained in the UK following my medical degree overseas, completing specialist orthopaedic training in Newcastle before undertaking dedicated fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery. I have been working as a consultant since 2013 and continue to provide care across both NHS and private settings.
Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in teaching and support the training of medical students in trauma and orthopaedics.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through sport, including cricket and squash, and spending time with my family.
I focus on providing clear advice and tailored treatment to help patients move more comfortably and confidently again.
