The scope of my practice includes adult and paediatric general ENT as well as benign and malignant head and neck surgery. This includes salivary, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. I am a member of the regional head and neck oncology and thyroid multidisciplinary teams.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham, I moved to the South East where I completed higher surgical training in London, Surrey and Sussex. In addition to training in general ENT I developed a subspecialist interest in Head and Neck Oncology. I have obtained a Masters in Oncology and Radiotherapy with distinction, as well as completing a Head and Neck fellowship.
I hold a substantive NHS appointment at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals and Worthing Hospital and I'm also the clinical lead for ENT and Head and Neck Cancer at Worthing Hospital.
My other treatments are: Adenoidectomy, general ENT and head and neck surgery, lymph node biopsy, panendoscopy, parathyroid surgery, parotidectomy, salivary gland disease, skin excision of malignant lesion, thyroidectomy.
My special clinical interests are: Blocked ears (ear wax, pain, discharge, infection), tinnitus and deafness, blocked nose, sinusitis, nasal polyps, nose bleeds, loss of smell and taste, sore throat and swallowing disorders, tonsillitis and tonsillectomy, head and neck lumps, salivary gland disease, thyroid and parathyroid disease, throat, tonsil, and neck cancer.
