I am an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon of nearly 15 years, specialising in hip and knee surgery. My private practice at Spire Cardiff Hospital focuses on hip and knee surgery, specialising in arthroplasty and revision surgery.

I specialise in treating hip and knee degenerative conditions requiring arthroplasty surgery. I treat sporting injuries or degenerative pathology of the knee arthoscopically. My particular interest is hip and knee surgery. I have performed in excess of 1,000 hip and knee replacements and knee arthroscopies.

My NHS practice is based at Swansea Bay where I treat general trauma and elective orthopaedics.

I am regularly involved in teaching medical students from Swansea and Cardiff universities and I am Clinical Supervisor for Specialist Registrars in Trauma and Orthopaedics.

I am an Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University and Clinical Supervisor for Specialist Registrars.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three daughters and we very much enjoy travelling spending a lot of time, especially on weekends, in West Wales. I have keen interest in rugby, playing golf, going to the gym and general socialising with friends.

I hold no financial interest in Spire.
