I have been a full-time NHS Consultant Urologist for over 10 years and specialise in the management of all adult general urological problems. I have a major surgical interest in the management of kidney stones and offer the most minimally invasive treatments available for kidney stone removal, consistently publishing some of the best results for complex stone surgery in the UK.
I also specialise in prostate problems and offer a range of treatments for benign prostatic enlargement including laser prostatectomy (HoLEP) and Rezum steam treatment.
As part of the National Surgical Outcomes Audit I have consistently published some of the best results for complex stone surgery in the UK. I also regularly perform surgery for general urological conditions.
I qualified from the Royal Free Hospital Medical School, London and undertook basic surgical training in London and Oxford. I achieved fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of London in 1999, and both a Master’s degree in urology and MD from the Institute of Urology at University College London. Having completed higher urological training on the North London Training Scheme, I received further advanced training in complex stone surgery and minimally invasive surgery from internationally recognised experts.
I am approved by all major insurance companies and I'm supported by a professional practice management team which enables easy patient access to results and further medical advice by email.
I have an interest in urological education and teach London Deanery trainee surgeons at all levels.
