As a highly qualified and experienced gynaecologist with over 20 years of experience in the field, I specialise in the management of general gynaecology cases, as well as hormonal disorders, menstrual disorders and recurrent miscarriages. I am a member of both the European and British Societies of Gynaecological Endoscopy, and have 14 online publications in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
I have a particular interest and extensive experience in laparoscopic surgery, ambulatory hysteroscopy, gynaecological scanning and infertility management. I provide counselling to couples, helping them understand possible reasons for infertility. I can arrange full investigations for females and offer hysteroscopic surgery as well as laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis or peri-tubal adhesions. I am also proficient in abdominal surgery including myomectomy and hysterectomy, as well as vaginal surgery.
Currently, I am serving as Gynaecology Governance Lead and the Quality Improvement Lead at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. I am also a Senior Academy Tutor for Aston University Medical School and have held regional leadership roles as the smoke-free pregnancy lead for the Midlands (East and West).
