I am currently working as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in the Northeast.
Having qualified in dentistry and spending three years in hospital practice in Manchester, I enjoyed life as an undergraduate so much that I decided to undertake and complete a medical degree from the University of Manchester. I completed basic surgical training in medicine and surgery and took up higher surgical training in OMFS in the Northwest of England. I have also completed overseas fellowships.
I am the regional Quality and education lead for the postgraduate training programme.
I am the clinical governance lead for the head and neck directorate. I also practice as an expert witness and undertake medico legal report writing.
