I joined Spire Fylde Coast in 2024 after completing a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Bolton.
Before pursuing a career in healthcare, I trained as a professional dancer and worked on cruise ships for several years. During this time, I witnessed and experienced various injuries, which deepened my interest in the body’s mechanics and the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Following my dance career, I completed an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation, graduating with first-class honours.
My experience in private practice has allowed me to treat a wide range of injuries, and I take pride in delivering a personalised approach that combines therapeutic treatment with tailored exercise prescription. I have a particular interest in managing chronic tendon pain and am trained in extracorporeal shock wave therapy.
