I specialise in conditions affecting the cornea and anterior segment of the eye including complex corneal diseases and surgery. I also have extensive experience in general ophthalmology. My expertise is in corneal transplantation, cataract surgery and refractive surgery. I perform cataract and refractive surgery, including micro incisional phacoemulsification cataract surgery and lens implant.

I lecture nationally and internationally and have published research in peer reviewed journals and have been awarded prizes for research.

I completed my medical qualification at the University of Birmingham in 2008 and then completed my training in general ophthalmology in the West Midlands.

I am a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Leicester Royal Infirmary and I have completed two years of sub speciality fellowship at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital and at the Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead.
