Dietitian

BSc

Lisa Lovell qualified as a Registered Dietitian from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1990. After a one year spell as a hospital dietician in Bradford, she returned to Berkshire to work as a community dietitian. She currently works with the Bariatric team at Spire Dunedin, as a specialist Bariatric dietitian.

Lisa is fully trained in Behaviour Change.

In 2007 Lisa moved from community dietetics to more specialised weight management services at The Royal Berkshire Hospital, delivering both surgical and non-surgical dietic interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Lisa teaches at Reading University on the Masters Certificate in Obesity Management, as well as being the Programme Guardian for the pharmacist weight management training programme at Manchester University.

She is currently a committee member of Dietician in Obesity Management for the UK (DOMUK).
