I have many years' experience in the field of Pelvic Health and treat a multitude of conditions including (but not limited to) stress and urge incontinence, prolapse, pelvic and back pain during pregnancy and in the post-partum period, including diastasis recti assessment and treatment, bladder pain syndromes, including vulvodynia.
I also provide general assessment and treatment for women suffering with menopause-related joint aches and pains in need of a little guidance to make the journey easier. I also treat patients post-gynaecological surgery and liaise closely with consultants and GPs in the local area.
My practice also encompasses bowel incontinence, guided exercise prescription for women approaching menopause, overactive Bladder syndrome – urgency, urge incontinence, pelvic pain – any structure causing pain around the pelvic region – urethral, lower abdominal, anal pain, vaginismus, vulvodynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, stress urinary incontinence and return to fitness following a pregnancy.
