Specialises in

I am a consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist practising at Spire St Anthony’s Hospital and St George’s Hospital in London. I have extensive expertise in general adult cardiology and in addition I have a particular interest in the management of heart rhythm disorders (electrophysiology) such as ablation, atrial fibrillation and complex pacing (CRT/ICD) for heart failure.

I graduated Proxime Accessite to the University of London Gold medal for Medicine from University College London (UCL). I was awarded first-class honours for my intercalated BSc. My research in cardiac electrophysiology was supported by a prestigious MRC clinical training fellowship and led to the award of a PhD. Additionally I hold several academic prizes including the John Murray Prize in medicine and was runner up for the president’s medal awarded by the Royal Society of Medicine for cardiology. I have several publications and am actively involved in cardiology research. I am also a lecturer at St George’s Hospital.
