I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist and specialise in investigating and managing acid reflux/heartburn and its complications, abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, anemia due to low iron, jaundice and change in bowel habits.

I have been a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust since 2009. I am a senior clinical tutor at York Hull Medical School and director of East Yorkshire School of Endoscopy (one of England's endoscopy training centres).

I am also accredited nationally for bowel cancer screening and my special interest is advanced therapeutic endoscopy and colonoscopy for gastrointestinal polyps.
