I am an experienced Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Gastroenterology, Liver disease and Endoscopy. I am an expert endoscopist with more than 15,000 procedures' experience. I perform endoscopic procedures from diagnostic gastroscopy and colonoscopy to complex ERCP and therapeutic endoscopy. I am also interested in painless endoscopy procedures in colonoscopy and gastroscopy.
I was trained in South London Deanery National Training Program where he practiced at various international leading hospitals such as King's College, Guys and St Thomas Hospital in London. I completed my MD research in the Liver Unite in the renowned Imperial College University Hospitals.
After completing my Gastroenterology training in South London, I was appointed at King’s College Hospital as a Senior Fellow in Advanced Endoscopy where I received extensive training on management of complex endoscopic intervention cases including pancreatic and biliary diseases. I was appointed as a Gastroenterology Consultant at King’s College Hospitals and Barts NHS Hospitals in London before moving with family to Sheffield.
I have extensive research experience in the field of Gastroenterology and Liver diseases. I have presented research papers at many national and international conferences and published many papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
