Virtual consultations:

I graduated from medical school in the year 2000, subsequently spending 12 years training initially in 'General Internal Medicine' and later in 'Gastroenterology and Hepatology' in various hospitals in the UK, both in liver transplant tertiary university hospitals and district general hospitals, thereby acquiring broad knowledge and experience. This was further supplemented by an advanced interventional endoscopy fellowship in Australia.

I started as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Blackpool Victoria Hospital in 2012 and later moved to tertiary endoscopy/clinical services at East Lancashire Hospitals. I am the lead clinician for endoscopy, clinical nutrition, Upper GI cancer RDS services, and one of lead therapeutic endoscopy provider for 'Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Network'. My interventions have special focus on the gut, improving immune system function and personalised nutrition.

As a respected consultant, I pride myself in providing a patient centred holistic service, with assessment of all gut related abnormalities in conjunction with its impact on other organs/general physical and mental wellbeing. I am highly rated by patients, colleagues and staff.
