I graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School, and undertook specialist registrar training in Edinburgh. I was appointed Consultant Dermatologist (part time) in Fife in 2010.

I have an interest in skin cancer (melanoma and non-melanoma), and through my NHS position, attend fortnightly regional skin cancer multi-disciplinary team meetings.

I have an interest in rarer skin cancers including cutaneous lymphoma and Merkel cell carcinoma.

I am also interested in general adult dermatology, and perform minor surgery including diagnostic biopsies and excisions both on the head and neck and the body.
