I went to medical school in Chennai, India and moved to live and work in the UK in 2003. I completed my Cardiology training in 2017 working in hospitals across the West of Scotland and the Southeast of Scotland (Edinburgh). Following completion of my CCT (certificate of completion of training), I undertook a year’s Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Complex Cardiac Devices at the Scottish National Advanced Heart Failure Service at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, Glasgow.
I was appointed as a Consultant Cardiologist at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert in 2018. I am the clinical lead for the Heart Failure service at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert and one of the three complex cardiac device implanters in the hospital.
