I am a friendly, experienced Dermatology Consultant committed to high quality, patient-centred care. I work closely with patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
I have nearly 20 years of experience in dermatology. I work at Walsall Manor Hospital, where I treat a wide range of skin conditions in adults and children, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, hair loss, benign lesions and skin cancers. I am a member of the multidisciplinary skin cancer team, operate on a weekly basis and lead the Dermatology vulval service. I am involved in training and supervising Dermatology Residents and Foundation Doctors.
Prior to moving to the West Midlands I worked at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield Children's Hospital, where I was the lead for paediatric Dermatology, Dermatology GP training and was involved in research.
I graduated from Manchester University in 2001 and completed my general medical training in the Northwest, moving to South Yorkshire for specialist Dermatology training. I have been been an NHS Consultant since 2010. I am currently undertaking an MSc in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine.
