I have been a consultant cardiologist for over 10 years and am an expert in Interventional Cardiology (coronary angiography and angioplasty). I have particular interest in preventive cardiology and reducing an individual's future risk of heart attack, stroke and other cardiovascular complications.

I provide assessment and management across the full range of general cardiology conditions including chest pain and suspected coronary artery disease, hypertension and cardiovascular risk assessment, high cholesterol and lipid disorders, ECG and holter monitor interpretation, echocardiography including assessment of cardiac function and common heart valve conditions, prevention and management of cardiovascular disease, general assessment of symptoms including breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness and reduced exercise tolerance.

Feedback from patients consistently highlights my strong communication skills, attentive listening and ability to explain medical conditions and treatment options with clarity and empathy. I place great importance on patient-centred care shared decision-making.

I will be welcoming patients to my private cardiology practice at Abergele Clinic, providing specialist cardiovascular assessment, diagnosis and management in a convenient and patient-focused setting. My aim is to combine extensive NHS Consultant experience, specialist expertise in interventional cardiology and a strong interest in cardiovascular prevention to provide patients with high quality, personalised cardiac care.
