I am a Consultant Cardiologist with a specialist interest in heart rhythm disorders, supporting patients with symptoms such as palpitations, irregular heartbeat, dizziness and shortness of breath.
I regularly assess and treat a range of rhythm problems, including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias. I offer both diagnostic testing and advanced treatments, including catheter ablation procedures, which can help control or in some cases cure abnormal heart rhythms.
I completed advanced training in cardiac electrophysiology at leading international centres, developing expertise in complex ablation techniques. I now work at the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, where I support patients with both straightforward and more complex rhythm conditions.
I perform a high volume of procedures each year and have a particular focus on atrial fibrillation ablation, helping patients manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.
I understand that heart rhythm problems can feel unsettling, so I take time to explain diagnoses clearly and guide patients through their treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active through running, cycling and sailing.
