I am a General Adult Dermatologist with an interest in inflammatory diseases and skin cancer.

I qualified from Nottingham University Medical School in 1990 and have since worked all over the country - I also worked for 12 months in Australia. I completed my specialist dermatology training in Liverpool in 2000 and then became a Consultant Dermatologist at the RLBUHT in 2001 with its main department base at Broadgreen Hospital.

I was the Clinical Director/Lead of Dermatology and Allergy between 2010 and 2018. With the Royal / Broadgreen / Aintree merger and departmental integration I now work for the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust with my specialist interests being phototherapy for inflammatory skin disease and cutaneous lymphoma.
