Specialises in

  • Arrhythmia management
  • Heart failure

  • Atrial fibrillation

I am a Consultant Cardiologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of heart conditions, from common symptoms through to more complex cardiovascular disease.

I see patients with concerns such as chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness and blackouts, as well as long-term conditions including heart failure, high blood pressure and heart rhythm disorders such as atrial fibrillation. I also provide cardiac assessments before surgery and ‘healthy heart’ checks to help identify risk and support prevention.

I use a range of advanced investigations, including echocardiography, cardiac CT and coronary angiography, to build a clear and accurate picture of each patient’s heart health. This allows treatment to be tailored to individual needs, with access to specialist procedures and multidisciplinary care where required.

I trained in cardiology both internationally and in the UK, and have been working as a consultant for many years. Alongside my clinical work, I hold leadership roles within cardiology services and am actively involved in teaching, research and national professional organisations.

I understand that heart-related symptoms can feel worrying, so I take time to explain findings clearly and guide patients through their options, helping them feel confident and reassured.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active and taking part in sport.
