I am a highly experienced Consultant Cardiologist and have in 2026, been practising as a consultant in Leicester for over 25 years, working within both the NHS and at Spire Leicester Hospital.

Over this time, I have cared for patients with a wide range of heart conditions and have extensive experience in the assessment and management of common cardiac symptoms, including chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, blackouts (syncope) and breathlessness.

I understand that experiencing symptoms which may be related to the heart can be worrying. My aim is to provide patients with a thorough and timely assessment, arrange the most appropriate investigations and explain the findings clearly. Where treatment is required, I work with each patient to develop an individual management plan based on the best available evidence, with ongoing care and follow-up where appropriate.

Having worked as a consultant for more than 25 years, I am able to draw on extensive clinical experience across a broad range of cardiology while providing a personal, reassuring and patient-centred approach to care.
