Previously I was a consultant in Kent, where I also held the position of Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, King's College, London. I qualified from Cambridge University in 1999. I trained in gastroenterology and hepatology on the South-West Thames rotation including in tertiary centres in London, such as St. George's Hospital, the Institute of Liver Studies, King's College Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital.
