I specialise in haemato-oncology and general haematology including haemostasis, thrombosis, haemoglobinopathy and obstetric haematology, having trained at Hammersmith Hospital, London and completed a fellowship in cancer studies at Imperial College, London. I have published in peer reviewed journals and authored chapters in haemato-oncology.

I am a specialist in adult haemato-oncology covering all malignant haematological conditions and general haematology including: haemostasis, myeloma, lymphoma, myeloproliferative neoplasms, thrombosis, obstetric haematology, anaemia, low white cell count, polycythaemia and thrombocytopenia, investigation of abnormal/raised white cell counts, chronic leukaemia including CML (chronic myeloid leukaemia), CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukaemia), HCL (hairy cell leukaemia), abnormal bleeding or bruising, thromboembolism and investigation into causes, anticoagulation, including using DOACs, paraproteinemias and abnormal light chains, unexplained symptoms with abnormal blood counts, pregnancy and haematology, enlarged lymph nodes; with or without weight loss, sweats, persistent unexplained fever, fatigue.

I am the clinical lead for myeloma, CML and MPN at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
