I have been a Paediatric Cardiology Consultant for 17 years. My expertise is cardiovascular imaging including advanced paediatric cardiology echocardiography and foetal cardiology.
I have a post-graduation course in Sports Medicine and worked for 5 years at the Portuguese Institute of Sports Medicine as a Sports Cardiology Consultant. During this time I was the cardiologist responsible for the national elite athletes.
I am the lead for the paediatric cardiology department at Bristol Royal Hospital for for Children and I have been the lead for the foetal cardiology service since 2017.

I enjoy spending my time with my family. I was a national champion in Laser sailing and I still sail in my spare time.
