I have been a Consultant Gynaecologist for seven years, and see women of all ages. In addition I have undertaken specialist training for children and adolescents with gynaecological problems. I am the current chair of the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology.

I am also a trained colposcopist and a member of the BSCCP and can see and treat women with smear abnormalities.

I specialise in period problems, pelvic pain, vulval conditions, hysteroscopy procedures, laparoscopic surgery, hysterectomy, and coil fittings. I perform ultrasound scans, where indicated, at the time of the initial consultation and work with my patients to plan their care.

I also have specialist training in diagnosing and treating an array of gynaecological conditions such as double vagina or uterus (Mullerian anomaly), absent periods, or genetic conditions.

I perform laparoscopy procedures, hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic surgery, and hysterectomies both in the NHS and in private practice.

I am the lead for Gynaecology at St Michael's Hospital, Bristol.
