I am an experienced specialist in thoracic surgery working in the field for more than 10 years. I had training in every aspect of thoracic surgery and have worked and learned in some of the most reputable units in the specialty in Croatia, France, USA and the UK.
My specialist interests are keyhole surgery and lung segmentectomies for malignant disease, chest wall surgery and surgery in high risk patients. Apart from that I provide full spectrum of surgical management in both benign and cancer conditions, including mesothelioma and reconstruction surgery.
At Spire Bristol Hospital I aim to provide a comprehensive approach to patient consultation and treatment making sure that this journey is undertaken as comfortably as possible.
I strive to improve patient outcomes and have set up collaborations with various specialists in Bristol, Taunton, Yeovil, Bath and Gloucester areas.
I am a teacher and educational supervisor to national trainees and proud to be able to guide them through their training. I have been a speaker and invited speaker on national and international conferences, and teacher on cardiothoracic surgery courses.
