I have extensive experience in general and acute cardiology. My special interest is in heart failure, echocardiography, acute cardiac care, preventive cardiology.
Other treatments and areas of interest include atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, echocardiography, hypertension and stroke prevention.
Since 2013, I have been working at Harefield Hospital as a member of the Transplant Department. I am also working at Hillingdon Hospital as a Consultant Cardiologist.
I studied medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. I completed my specialist training in Greece and I was awarded 'excellent' marks on completion. In 2009, I successfully completed my PhD in Cardiology, for which I also received an 'excellent' mark.
I am the educational lead for Medicine at Hillingdon Hospital.
I enjoy spending my spare time with my wife and two sons. I also love cycling and playing basketball. I can speak English, German and Greek.
