I have been working in neurology for over 10 years and have specialised in headache disorders for more than 15 years. I am a Consultant Neurologist at King’s College Hospital, London, and an MRC Clinician Scientist Fellow and Clinical Senior Lecturer at King's College London, as well as Honorary Consultant Neurologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital. I have a specialist interest in migraine, visual symptoms, and complex headache disorders. Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in international headache guidelines and professional activities, contributing to the development of evidence-based approaches to diagnosis and treatment. My practice combines highly specialised clinical care with cutting-edge research aimed at improving understanding and treatment options for patients with neurological and headache conditions.

I specialise in the diagnosis and management of headache and neurological disorders, with particular expertise in migraine, aura, visual snow syndrome, tinnitus, vestibular migraine, dizziness and vertigo. I also manage tension-type headache, cluster headache and other trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias, trigeminal neuralgia, and secondary headache disorders. My practice includes the assessment of complex and difficult-to-treat headache conditions, integrating evidence-based pharmacological treatments, CGRP-targeted therapies, Botulinum Toxin, non-invasive neuromodulation approaches, and multidisciplinary management strategies where appropriate.

I combine specialist clinical care with an internationally recognised academic and research role in headache medicine. I regularly assess and treat patients with complex migraine and headache disorders referred to tertiary services and am actively involved in developing new treatment approaches through clinical research. I was awarded an MRC Clinician Scientist Fellowship for my work on migraine and visual snow syndrome and contribute to international headache guidelines and educational initiatives.

I am actively involved in international headache medicine through research collaborations, guideline development, and educational activities. I regularly lecture at national and international meetings and contribute to scientific publications and expert consensus work focused on improving the understanding and treatment of migraine and related neurological disorders.
