I began my dermatology career over 20 years ago in Manchester, before settling in West Yorkshire. I hold a substantive consultant post at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Teaching Trust, practising at Pinderfields and Pontefract.
I practice in all areas of dermatology and I am the lead for the local skin cancer multidisciplinary team.
I have a specialist interest in alopecia / hair loss, receiving referrals from a wide geographical area. I have completed research projects in alopecia areata and have numerous publications across all fields of dermatology.
I am experienced in treating patients with conditions across all areas of dermatology.
I have additional expertise in the assessment and treatment of alopecia. Treatments for this include steroid injections, when appropriate.
