I am a Consultant in Respiratory and General Medicine at Portsmouth and specialise in treating people with breathing problems. I am passionate about ensuring my patients are at the very centre of my clinical care and treat everyone with compassion and kindness throughout their health journey.
I am an expert in general respiratory, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic cough. I specialise in understanding the cause of people's breathlessness and delivering the latest treatment options to help improve their symptoms.
I qualified with distinction from the prestigious Imperial College London and was awarded an Academic Foundation post in Wessex. During my postgraduate training, I achieved a respiratory research fellowship and have won national prizes for my research from the British Thoracic Society and British Lung Foundation.
I am Deputy Clinical Director for the e-learning for heathcare programme for Foundation doctors, which is responsible for the digital education of resident doctors through the early stages of their careers. I am passionate about education and committed to developing the next generation of doctors.
I am an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth. I am also the Clinical Lead for the Portsmouth Vaccine Hub, leading a team of nurses and doctors delivering high quality research into novel vaccines to better global health against diseases such as RSV, Covid and Flu.
I care deeply about providing holistic care and include my patients in decision making and the management of their condition.

I am the deputy clinical director for the e-learning for healthcare programme for the foundation years cirriculum. This is a national eductaional role for the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges. I am also the clinical lead for the Portsmouth Vaccine Hub working collaboratively as part of the wider Wessex commercial research delivery centre that delivers access to ground breaking research trials for our local community.
