I have been working as a GP since 2019, and I am currently a GP partner within the NHS at Llangollen Health Centre. I also provide medical cover as a match day doctor for RGC 1404 in Colwyn Bay.
As a GP I am a specialised generalist! Proficient in managing undifferentiated patients; working together with them holistically to deliver quality evidence-based medical care. I have a particular passion for Lifestyle Medicine and often look for simple solutions that people can do to help improve their health themselves.
I have recently been awarded with an honorary lecturer title at Cardiff University for training medical students.

I am a father of three young children. I am a fitness enthusiast. I enjoy playing and watching sport. In my spare time (rare these days with three growing kids) I like cooking roast dinners and barbeque, playing the piano and generally being outside, plus doing all the normal things families do.
