I specialise in minimally invasive treatments that are used to manage liver tumours. I have many years of experience treating liver cancer, using advanced techniques such as drug‑eluting particles, transarterial chemoembolisation (TACE), chemosaturation (Delcath), selective internal radiotherapy (SIRT), and radioembolisation for liver metastases, for which I have been licensed since 2009. I also offer minimally invasive embolisation treatments for other conditions, including prostate artery embolisation (PAE) and uterine fibroid embolisation (UFE).

I qualified with distinctions and first class honours clinical BSc in molecular medicine from the Royal Free Medical School in London. I obtained my FRCS in surgery following my surgical training in London and Melbourne, before training in radiology. I was awarded the gold medal for the FRCR exam and undertook a two year specialist fellowship in interventional radiology.

In 2005 I was appointment consultant in abdominal and interventional radiology at University Hospital Southampton. I am the radiology and overal clnical lead for pancreatic and hepatobiliary cancer services in Southampton.

I am a member of Medical Advisory Committee for Spire Southampton Hospital.
