I am a Consultant Clinical Oncologist based in Worcester, holding a substantive post at the Worcestershire Oncology Centre, where I specialise in the management of urological cancers, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies.
I provide comprehensive oncology care for patients across Worcester and Worcestershire, working closely with multidisciplinary cancer teams to deliver personalised, evidence‑based treatment.
In addition to my subspecialty in urological oncology, my background in radiation oncology allows me to provide a supportive role in breast cancer radiotherapy, and I have previously contributed to the radiotherapy management of lung cancer and head and neck cancers.
I am actively involved in the development, implementation, and improvement of modern radiotherapy techniques at the Worcestershire Radiotherapy Centre, with a focus on improving treatment precision, safety, and patient outcomes.
My clinical interests include advanced radiotherapy techniques, such as image‑guided intensity‑modulated radiotherapy (IG‑IMRT) and proton beam therapy (delivered in cooperation with Rutherford Cancer Centre South Wales), the comprehensive treatment of urological cancers, and the use of stereotactic radiotherapy in combination with systemic therapies, including chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, and biological or targeted agents.
I graduated in 2006 from the Medical University of Silesia, School of Medicine in Katowice, Poland, and completed my specialist training in radiation oncology in 2014.
Following completion of my specialist training, I moved to England and joined the consultant oncology team at the Worcestershire Oncology Centre in Worcester, where I continue to practise as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist.
My clinical work is focused on delivering high‑quality cancer care to patients in Worcester, Worcestershire, and the surrounding region, with particular expertise in modern radiotherapy techniques and systemic cancer treatments.
I am actively involved in oncology clinical trials at Worcestershire Oncology Centre, recruiting patients into national and international studies aimed at improving cancer outcomes. Studies I am involved with include: STAMPEDE – for high‑risk and advanced prostate cancer, ADD‑ASPIRIN – investigating the role of aspirin in preventing cancer recurrence, POSNOC – optimisation of breast cancer treatment, and EASI‑SWITCH – chemotherapy‑related neutropenic sepsis management study.
Through clinical research and patient recruitment in Worcester, I contribute to the ongoing advancement of cancer treatment both locally and nationally.
