I am a leading rheumatologist with over 25 years of experience helping people with bone and joint conditions feel better. I specialise in treating osteoporosis, arthritis, inflammatory conditions, connective tissue disorders, and metabolic bone disease. 

I graduated from Birmingham Medical School in 1985 with a specialisation in Rheumatology. Since then, I've had the privilege of teaching undergraduates and trainees in Rheumatology and providing clinical supervision. I've even participated in research studies on topics like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

I am also proud to be a University of Birmingham Medical School Senior Academy Tutor at the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust Undergraduate Academy and a visiting Professor at the University of Worcester.

In addition to my academic and research experience, I've spent several years managing and improving rheumatology services. I was the Clinical Director for the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust Rheumatology Department, where I worked closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
