Dr Arul Ganeshan

I am a consultant radiologist with specialist expertise in percutaneous interventional procedures (biopsies, drain insertions, peripheral arterial intervention, fibroid and varicocele embolisation) and back pain related procedures (epidural/ facet joint and nerve root injections as well as percutaneous vertebroplasty).

I also have an interest in cross sectional imaging including computed tomography, MRI and ultrasound examinations.

I underwent specialist training at the Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital, Sheffield Vascular Institute and University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

I have a strong academic interest with over 30 peer reviewed articles in international radiology journals. I have also authored a radiology textbook covering the field of interventional radiology.
