I am a fellowship‑trained Consultant Dermatologist specialising in Mohs micrographic surgery, the leading technique for removing facial and high‑risk skin cancers. I am one of a small number of specialists in the UK to have completed an accredited fellowship with the American College of Mohs Surgery, the world’s leading professional organisation dedicated to Mohs surgery and reconstructive skin cancer treatment.

I have been practising medicine since 2004. Raised in Lancashire, I completed my initial training in general medicine and general practice before undertaking specialist dermatology training in Manchester. This broad clinical background supports my practice in both general and surgical dermatology.

Mohs micrographic surgery is a highly specialised procedure that requires precision, attention to detail and careful judgement. It is considered the gold‑standard treatment for many high‑risk skin cancers, offering the highest cure rates while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible. This approach helps minimise scarring and reduces the risk of recurrence compared with other treatment methods.

I have extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer and practise across general dermatology, surgical dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. My work focuses on delivering accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and appropriate reconstruction where required.

I am a registered specialist dermatologist and Mohs surgeon in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. My training and international experience allow me to provide specialist care to patients with complex skin cancers, particularly those affecting the face and other cosmetically or functionally sensitive areas.
