I completed my specialist training in Rheumatology and General Medicine, working across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire at Leeds, Hull and Grimsby. My previous appointments have provided me with extensive experience in rheumatology and general medicine including management of complex connective tissue diseases, early arthritis and the use of novel biologic agents.
I have worked as a Consultant Rhematologist for more than two years now and have also been appointed as an Honorary Senior Tutor at the Hull York Medical School (HYMS). I thoroughly enjoy my job as a rheumatologist as well as teaching to HYMS students.

Personal profile
I enjoy reading, swimming, playing squash and travelling. Lately because of family and work commitments, it is difficult for me to get time for these activities. I love spending time with my children and this helps me to unwind and get ready for the next day.
