I am a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist. After attending Newcastle Medical School and completing foundation training in the North East of England, I undertook further training in Northern Ireland and Scotland before becoming a Consultant in Edinburgh.
I completed an Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship and my practice now spans the breadth of diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy.
I am actively involved in endoscopy training, national service development and research. I maintain a strong interest in general luminal gastroenterology.
I charge 50% of the appointment fee for non-attendance or cancellations less than 48 hours before.
