I am an inpatient physiotherapist with a broad range of inpatient experience. I began my physio career at East Cheshire NHS Trust working across orthopaedics (elective and trauma), surgery, respiratory, general medicine, frailty and intensive care/high dependency.
My special interests are inpatient rehabilitation, including acute orthopaedic rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, complex discharges and treating patients with dementia.
Since joining Spire Manchester Hospital in 2021, I have become a Patient Ambassador to help develop and improve services within the physio team and inpatient wards.
I am fully registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC).
I am a mental health first aider, supporting staff with mental health needs and promoting mental health within the workplace.
