During the dark, difficult days of austerity, in the face of adversity, and battling a constant barrage of public criticism, I would just like to say that the Spire Fylde Coast Hospital has been a beacon of shining light - totally surpassing every expectation of the level of service generally provided by the NHS.
I would like to convey my warmest thanks and deepest gratitude to all the staff - from front desk through to theatre and to the ward for the extremely professional, reassuring and courteous treatment I received during the course of my recent operation.
