The whole process from start to finish was handled extremely well, from being welcomed at Reception, to my appointment starting at the time it was stated. Mr Paul Kirkland informed me of the consent process, what I could expect of the procedure and the aftercare. My nurse Clare was also very professional and kept me calm throughout the process, making sure I was OK throughout. A great comfort. A good service all round! Please pass on my heartfelt thanks.
