May I take this opportunity of putting in writing my sincere thanks, from Mr Malik right through to the nurses and reception staff, for the kind way in which I was received and the respect you all extended to me during my visit [to Spire Fylde Coast Hospital] on Tuesday 21 Feb.
Mr Malik was excellent, explaining in simple terms, with patience and understanding, the problems with my ENT, which up to this point in time has been put down as being ‘in my head’ by the medical profession and furthermore giving me reassurance for the future.
The sincere warmth and genuine caring you all gave me was quite overwhelming and restored my faith in a society. I have become very disillusioned with as a result of the ‘couldn’t care less’ hostile environment we all sadly live in.
