Share your treatment experience to help improve care for you and future patients
PROMs or Patient Reported Outcome Measures are short surveys that are used to ask about your health, symptoms and quality of life – before and after surgery.
They help your healthcare team understand how you feel and how your health condition affects your daily life.
Spire Healthcare uses My Clinical Outcomes (MCO) to send out the PROMS survey for some procedures. MCO is a secure online system meeting strict security standards. It was created by UK doctors and is used in more than 200 hospitals and trusted by over 150,000 patients.
You can fill out the surveys on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

For hip and knee replacements, data is also shared with NHS England (for NHS patients).
