If you know your hospital patient number you can add on 00 to the beginning to create a 10 digit number. Your patient number can be found on your appointment confirmation letter or email.

You can access MySpire on desktop and mobile devices including iPhone, Android and tablets.
MySpire is not a downloadable app and you will not see it in the App Store or Google Play.
Check that you are using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome as we do not support Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer.

You can register for MySpire using your mobile number.
No this isn't possible. You can only use an email address not in use on another MySpire account.
Once you’ve logged into MySpire, go to MySpire account where you'll be able to see and edit your password.
For certain appointments we are not able to accept a change in your method of payment:

If you have an appointment or treatment booked with Spire that the NHS is paying for, you will not be able to change your GP details.
These details come from the information the NHS provide to us at the time of your booking.
If you no longer wish to use MySpire and want to delete your account, please contact the hospital you last visited who will be able to remove your account details.
